Our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay come from San Luis Obispo County, midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, where 97% of the vines grow within six miles of the ocean. Fog in the morning and a cool breeze in the afternoon make for a long, gentle growing season: just what these two grapes want.
The result is wine with bright red fruit, fresh acidity and real charm, meant to be opened at dinner rather than saved for later.
Made for the Table
We make Valle de Inez the way the best cool-climate wines have always been made: pick for balance, ferment gently and let the vineyard speak. Blending across California’s coastal appellations lets us build wines that are bright, generous and easy to love with food.
